These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Huk Esthetician LLC, doing business as H.A. Skin Lab (“H.A. Skin Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an esthetics studio located in Roseville, California. By accessing the website at acnehukclinic.com (the “Site”), contacting the studio, or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
H.A. Skin Lab provides cosmetic esthetic services and skincare guidance. We are licensed skincare professionals, not medical providers, and we do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical care. Content on this Site is for general education only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician or dermatologist. If you have a medical concern, please contact a qualified healthcare provider.
We offer acne-focused skincare, skin health, and esthetic services, along with professional education programs. Every new client begins with a consultation and skin analysis. Recommendations, home-care plans, and expected timelines are individualized and are estimates, not guarantees. Individual results vary and depend on factors including skin type, how closely you follow your plan, and other conditions outside our control.
Fees for services are those quoted at the time of booking or your appointment. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due at the time services are rendered. We do not offer prepaid service packages. Any applicable taxes are added where required by law.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, photographs, protocols, and design — is owned by or licensed to H.A. Skin Lab and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
